We're here in lovely Colorado. I've been here a week, doing lecture and workshop for the Front Range Group. Michael flew down yesterday; his family has a reunion today. Tomorrow we drive home. It's been busy and wonderful. A day trip to Boulder, a day trip to Denver and galleries, in between some intense time in the workshop. I learned a lot!
It will be a treat to be home for almost a month. Studio time!!!
meanwhile, this is a test to see how having my blog on my website actually works. see you soon.

up for air
it's been waaay too long hasn't it. if you are reading, thank you for your patience. There's not much worse than a static blog.
I'm sitting in an airport, yet again, waiting for a plane, yet again, but on my way home until the weekend, then off to Colorado for a week.
I have nice long stretches at home across the Summer, will be in the studio, in the gardens and perhaps avoiding the office as much as possible.
(the paperwork piles up whether I deal with it or not. Why not take a deliberate break?)
The traveling has taken me to wonderful and exciting places the last while. There hasn't been time to process all the wonderful elements - architecture, people, landscape, music, food and so much more. I look forward to seeing how things percolate to the surface.
be well.
do more work!
