This past year has brought some amazing travel opportunities.
The first week of December, I was in Switzerland as a guest of Bernina. Every year there's a Teacher's Reunion (the group keeps getting bigger!). This year, we were hosted in Switzerland. There were all sorts of touring adventures, including a day in St. Gallens.

St. Gallens looks beautiful. One question. . . where's the snow? ;)
there's quite a bit of it in my back yard, and along the interstate highways i just spent two plus days driving -grin-. We did not see snow in Switzerland though, lots of green, geraniums in flower boxes, a few straggling roses. Not at all the weather i was prepared for.
